Formal submission of neighbourhood plan
Page updated: 4th Jan 2019
The draft version of the Neighbourhood Plan which is intended to be formally submitted to the Local Planning Authority at the end of January 2019 together with supporting information is now set below.
Please note we are currently in discussion with the local planning authority to determine whether a further document known as a Habitats Regulation Assessment is required and if so the best way to expedite such an assessment, which will require expert technical support. As such there maybe some minor changes to Paragraph 5.9 in particular. We have included a report concerning this as part of the papers scheduled.
a) Update of position following Regulation 14 Consultation, next stages and Summary of Current Draft Polices
b) Submission Draft of Neighbourhood Plan
c) Working Draft Consultation Summary
d) Working Draft Basic Conditions Statement
e) The current draft Strategic Environmental Assessment is shown here – a copy of a report concerning the need for a Habitats Regulation Assessment is shown
f) Draft Summary of Plan’s Timeline
There will also be an information meeting organised by Portland Town Council scheduled for 7pm on the 9th January at the Portland Community Venue – agenda details on the Town Council website. Printed information will also be available at the Council offices and Tophill Library.
