High Level Aims

We’ve published a pre-consultation draft of the High Level aims. These are taken from the results of the surveys we ran over the summer of 2014.

The document forms the basis for the next stage of consultation whereby the Neighbourhood Plan Working Group seek to share information received from surveys conducted and any updates in order to inform the next stages of the plan process. The next stage is where the scope, policies and strategies are drawn together to form a draft plan which will be subject to further agreement and consultation.

In order to correct any factual errors or omissions this document forms a pre-consultation draft. The updated document along with the draft initial aims will then be circulated more widely and a further survey capturing comments will be available via the Portland Plan website and within the community. This stage will remain open until the end of December 2014.
